And because I know you’re all just hanging on the edge of your very seats wondering what my meal plan is for this week…well here it is: (TBH, I really write this down here to keep me accountable to keep up the darn meal-planning!)
Monday- broccoli potato soup w/ sourdough (No one really liked it except for me. They liked the bread.)
Tuesday- crockpot pinto beans and spanish rice (Jason always likes this. The kids usually eat beans and cheese pretty well.)
Thursday- Leila’s Egyptian lasagna
Sun- steaks and breakfast potatoes w/ some sort of vegetable
I sort of cheated on my “cooking method” meal plan by doing a soup for Monday and a BBQ for Sunday, but what’s life without some flexibility?
